Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced Offset Pressman Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of press operations from setup to production, ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands color and print quality, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Available

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Pressman Operator, you will:

• Set up, operate, and run offset printing presses to meet production and quality standards

• Perform make-ready, color matching, and press adjustments throughout production runs

• Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments as needed

• Follow job tickets and production schedules while maintaining efficiency

• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition

• Identify and escalate quality issues to minimize downtime and waste

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Pressman Operator if your background includes:

• 5+ years of offset press experience

• Experience with [Heidelberg, Komori, KBA etc.] strongly preferred

• Ability to work with various substrates and calipers

• Strong understanding of color matching and print quality standards

• Ability to read job tickets, measurements, and basic production documentation

• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and safety
