Oliver Inc. is seeking a passionate Sales Representative with a "hunter" mentality to service existing customers and acquire new ones through our comprehensive range of folding cartons and fiber-based packaging products and services. The Sales Representative will seek out new revenue sources and consistently find ways to increase awareness of our company, our world-class folding cartons and fiber-based packaging services, and our commitment to speed, flexibility, and reliability.

About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Apply the Company's Core Values and business strategies to potential sales channels and develop new growth opportunities in a professional, honest, and ethical manner.
  • Work effectively with functional areas of the business to ensure the customer remains the top priority.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers that translate into improved financial success and market share growth.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation, and successful conclusion of new business opportunities.
  • Develop sales projections and sales goals for the annual sales budget, meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products and follow up on any issues related to an account.

Note: This role is remote, but the candidate should be located in either North Carolina or South Carolina. The position will require periodic travel for meetings, training, and events.


About You:

You're a fit for the role of Sales Representative if your background includes:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of sales experience (experience in folding cartons/fiber-based packaging preferred).
  • A high school diploma (college degree a plus).
  • Remarkable communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of various CRM platforms.
  • The ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle shifting priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Critical thinking skills, using testing, data, and analytics to make informed and educated decisions.
